Kevin was last seen by a neighbor at the family lake house in Bracey, Virginia on May 3rd, 2008. On May 4th, Kevin called his parents to say goodbye. He stated he was already headed west with friends. His parents describe him as sounding extremely distraught and irrational. No one has seen or heard from Kevin since May 4th, 2008.
